I Finally Found It!

I Found It!

This guy hangs out on the front door.   Welcoming all....

I found him completely by accident.
I actually was looking for the
Spritz cookie press.

Which I did find, by the way....NOT where it belongs,
I stumbled upon that, too.

Here are a few winter touches to the foyer....

More to come tomorrow......

Merry Christmas!

Robyn

I love your snowmen.
I can't remember the title of the other book. Definitely Steve King's ON WRITING.

THE ARTIST'S WAY is a workbook for artists (but great for writers who have a strong-willed left brain). Each exercise is only a page.

WRITING DOWN THE BONES

I forgot to say...you don't have to participate in the writing exercises for that award! You are putting words out there every day in your blog, and I very much want you to have that award!

Hi Robyn
Oh I've enjoyed looking at your front foyer with all the Christmas decorations...you collect Snowmen...nice. You have so many different and neat pieces...the one welcoming at the door is wonderful.
I also think your mantel is very Christmassy. It looks so homey and you've done a great job.
Thank you for sharing.
Have a lovely day

Hi Robyn,

I just read your beautiful note, please tell Jacob he's a fine young man for ringing that bell, especially tomorrow, as the snow is coming. I will be thinking and praying for him. The Salvation Army is amazing and very much in need :).

Christmas Hugs to you and Jacob!

Hi Robyn,

Your decorations are great!!!! I finally found some of mine too, they were snowflakes that one of my 'male' crafters made for me, when I had my boutique. He did them in tatting and I wrap them in tissue paper, but had put them in a new box, and forgot where they were.

Because of a story I wrote when I was in school, I feel like I have to make sure I put everyting out. The story I wrote was about an ornament for the tree, that lost it's hanger, and couldn't be hung up, so it was left all alone in the box very sad because it missed the rest of his 'ornament friends' that got to hang on the Christmas tree. I guess you figured out by now, that I was very little when I wrote that story. But I still remember it and think I have to put everything out. Some of us never grow up.

Hugs

Robyn,
It's so lovely - I'm particularly fond of that amarylis and wreath, and that snow man pillow is so cute! Off to see more!
