Fertilizer Friday! & Share a Garden Sunday!

Welcome to my Garden!
Tootsie wants us to flaunt our Flora & Fauna
and  Artie is  hosting
So I am combining
both with this post today.
(I know that's cheating,
but it's pouring rain today....yeah!)

Of course, here is this year's version
of the
Thyme Bunny.

My Clematis really took off this year, yeah!

A few pots along the pathway to the patio....

My herbs.

Patio pots. Finally planted.
Jacob's Oxeye Daisy seeds.
My baby has a green thumb!

We're just waiting for the buds to bloom....

I'm giving Lupines a try this year.
Poor babies are probably doomed.
Nothing wants to grow here.
Cross your fingers that maybe this will be the trick.

Funny story....
See this cute little Peony.
How do you say it - Pee-O-Nees or Pee-Ann-Ees?
 I say Pee-O-Nees.
I planted the bulb for it a few years back.
Nothing came of it.  I thought maybe the mole disturbed it.
I placed a bunny statue in the garden -  right on top of it.
This spring, I moved the statue and viola!
Here's the peony - bud & all!

Call me Octomom!  I'm going to have 8 poppies!

More daisies! - Way to go, Jacob!

Here's the Grow sign -
See the progress this week!

This view shows you where the bunnies have
had their breakfast, lunch & dinner!

This fern came from
The Home Depot.
I hope it likes it there,
because I do!

So Tootsie, what's up with this leaf?
What's going on here?  Anybody know?

A Member of the Squirrel Relocation Program.
Going  Ape-Sh*t in his cage.*
(Pardon the french.)
I wish it were the Bunnies, instead.

Visit Tootsie
to see all of the pretty gardens.

Dear Robyn ... wish I had something pretty in a garden to post, but alas I don't. I have one lonely container pot on my upper deck. It is lovely though. Enjoy your weekend ... we are having a hot air balloon festival in Bend Saturday and Sunday. Makes for some great photo ops.

Your animal planters are so cute. I love the bunny planter. Is the area where the lupines don't grow shady? Maybe they aren't getting enough sun. -Jackie

you could have a virus on that plant...which will for sure kill it...or it could be sap suckers...OR it could be a herbicide induced injury from before you got the plant...see if the rest of the new leaves look like that...if they do...after you get newer ones and try cutting that branch off...not sure exactly what that is...this is what comes to my head is all...lol
your garden looks wonderful "special" plant leaves and all! thanks for joining up...I love seeing it all...that trellis shape is fabulous!!! makes it pretty even when not covered in vines!
have a wonderful weekend friend...and I love the squirrel relocation program idea!!! I don't have any here...but we do have huge amounts of ants this year!
there is also a huge jack rabbit that comes for a quick snack in my garden...I started leaving him lettuce and pellets to keep him out! lol (I guess he's mine now)

Yep, Dirt Princess is correct...pee-O-nies...ya know how us Southerners like to drag those vowels out...love your garden...and the squirrel relocation program...we have white squirrels and I love them...but I know how much damage they can inflict...I've had them chew through plastic garbage cans to get to the birdseed...

I had to laugh at the relocation program:)

Love all the animals planters and Jacobs garden. What a precious thing to have your little one help. Thanks for stopping by my MM post. I really appreciate your comments. I used Windows Live Writer to do the post and you can just size the pics however you want. You can also see Susan's post at Between Naps On The Porch to get full instructions on how to enlarge pics on Blogger. I have done both and either one is really easy. I think I like to use Windows Live Writer best because your pictures load the way you would view them, instead of having to load from the bottom up on blogger. Try them both out. I think you will have fun. You can always do a test post. Hugs, Marty

Hi Robyn! Oh, I love all of your planters and beautiful plants! That's the cutest trellis for the clemantis! I've never tried to grow one, I should, I love it.
Poor squirrel! I feel for you! They're cute but are so distructive! We had one of these heart safe cages and would catch the little booger all the time! They chewed their way into our attic - through the cedar shake tiles! Then they commenced to gnaw into our electrical wires and not get eletricuted themselves! We had a hugh pecan tree and never got one pecan - you guessed it - the little squirrel boogers! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :0 Oh, yes, the really white fish jugs gurgle, but the others ones don't!! Shame on the makers! :)

Your planters and containers are very cute. Love those! You inspire me to go through the garage and pull out some of the old metal tubs and containers I have stored in there. I look forward to seeing more of your garden as the summer progresses. ~~Rhonda

All your pots are so pretty. I just planted poppies this year for the first time. I hope it grows.

I didn't know you could relocate squirrels!? Where do you take them, and don't more just keep popping up?

We can't stand those squirrelly critters. They eat ALL our bird seed and have destroyed several nice bird feeders. It's a constant battle in our yard. Love all the pretty plants :)

Your garden and yard is looking beautiful. I love that you entombed your Peony! Good thing it was resilient. If you figure out how to take care of the bunny issues...please let me know...the blasted things are eating EVERYTHING!

Great pics. Everything really looks so pretty. I'm loving all the garden posts in blogland this time of year. Lots of fun to see how everyone's yards are coming along. Beautiful!

Congrats on the poppy babies.
I think if you take a look at the underside of those leaves you may find the little nests of the critters sucking the life out of the plant. It will look like cotton. Take the affected leaves off and dispose of them in the garbage.
I am glad you liked my mosaic. It actually took longer to do then my regular meme posts. Lol.

You really don't want to be called Octomom.LOL...Everything is doing well. Good luck with the Lupine and I adore the trellis you have for your Clematis!

Robyn your yard is absolutely enchanting! I love everything. Congrats on your Lupines - they're up and growing - now watch the silly games they play with you - next year they'll switch colors. LOL well mine are doing funny things anyway! Hooray for your Peonies hiding under that wascally wabbit! You have lots of Poppies. I've brought home Poppies from my Mom for years and nothing - seeds, plants you name it. Finally last year they grew and bloomed and even reseeded. I have Poppies this year and even one the neighbor gave me a Peony Poppy and it's ready to burst too! Must be the year of the Poppy!!!
Good for Jacob and his green thumb!!!
