It's Blue Monday!
Since "Dr. Rude" declared
that I am a Fatso,
I probably should lose a few pounds.
But we won't tell him that.
I have started watching
my diet.
(It's going to be very hard,
because I love to cook & bake.)
But eating really wasn't that much
of a problem for me.
I usually have a Lean Cuisine for lunch
and a pretty decent dinner.
It's exercise that I lack.
I've had my eye on an Electra Bike
for quite some time.
Look at this little beauty!
Wouldn't I look great
tooling around on this?
This bike is from the
Amsterdam Collection.
It's the Alexander Girard 3i
In the
"Tree of Life" white finish.
Isn't it the cutest thing?
After visiting my releative's gravesites
at Fort Snelling,
Jacob and I are off
in search of it tomorrow.
I'm sure we'll be popping into Cheapo's
to check out their vinyl LP selection, too.
Have a Safe and Happy Memorial Day!
Have a nice Memorial Day!
Don't forget to pop into

Very stylish bike! Beautiful! Imagine how good you'll look riding that!
Happy Blue Monday.
The bike would look better in BLUE. Happy Blue Monday.
I want that bike! It's absolutely perfect! I'm going to look up at collection:)
Robyn, that's the world's cutest bike! You need the sign I bought myself when an acquaintance of mine complained several times I had lost too MUCH weight (per doctor's orders). It says, "I am wonderfully made." I think it's Psalm 139:14 (if memory serves me correctly).
Love the bike! That's the cutest!
Happy Blue Monday...
XO,
Sheila :-)
Hi,
That really is a cute bike! Happy Blue Monday and Memorial Day!
Blessings,
Sandi
Good Morning Robyn,
Tell Dr. Rude to KISS YOUR CHUNKY CHEEKS!!!!!!! (and your not referring to the cue ones on your face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL) Who does he think he is????? People make me sick with being so pompous!
I am sure he is struggling with some sort of SHORTCOMING (HA HA) of his own to take out the time to pick you apart!
Robin we all need to excercise... especially now that we are all getting older. Take your time and find out what routine best suits you. Be sure to work out for health reasons and not because that faulty penile implant called you a name!
In the meantime.... the next time Dr. Rude decides to call you a Fatso... you make sure you ask him if he is feeling small today? (hehehehehe)
Happy Blue Monday!!!! Enjoy your day with Jacob!

Dr Rude is right! I wouldn't mind riding around on that pretty bike! I hope you are having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend surrounded by family and friends! ~ Susan
Happy Blue Monday. That bicycle will make you the envy of the neighborhood.
Hey Sally, There are tiny blue flowers on the bike....Robyn:)
That bike is beautiful! Don't we all need to lose a few extra pounds? Good luck and good luck finding that sweet ride. Hugs, Bobbi Jo
Hi there, i was just browsing along the blogger world when i discovered your blog...I just had to tell you - that bike is SUPER cute! I have always wanted one that looked like that. A few ladies around my neighborhood have one and I think they are the most darling thing :)
Oh that bike is soooo cute! I might even ride a bike if I had one that cute! laurie
Ride em cowbow....sorry got carried away there.
Love the bike, but not your Dr.
Good luck Robyn.
Love Claudie

Ditto to what Donna Marie said! My doc told me to lose 20 lbs but did it in a much nicer way. I only have 5 more to go. I'll tell you that giving up sugar has really helped. You can't help but eat healthier when you cut out the sugar and the starch. I guess you could eat a lot of fried chicken and fried okra and that wouldn't be so healthy. lol
These life changes are one step at at time. If you start an exercise that you like, that is a great first step. I love that bike. I've been wanting a cruiser for a long time. If you get one, let me know how you like it.
Do you have a favorite Lean Cuisine? I'm hooked on the Enchilada Suiza but you know I'm an enchilada freak. In fact I think that will be my lunch tomorrow. The long weekend meant too much eating for me. Time to get back on track!
Hugs, Bridget
Good luck on your journeys in your new bike. It's a pretty thing!
Sweet Bike Too Pretty to ride :)
But oh how styish you would be if you got this one it is really pretty.
Have a great week.
Hi Robyn! I love that cute bike! I love to ride but am not doing it at the moment. Now your Dr. Rude was pretty rude, I think! I believe I would have just punched him in the stomach right there and then.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)
well, the bike has an unusual design. Looks very feminin to me. Think you will like it. :)
Shelia, You crack me up! You tell me I should have punched him in the stomach and then you tell me to be a Sweetie! You can't have it both ways. ~ Robyn
Interesting bike--I've never seen one like it.
Thanks for stopping by my blog☺
