Foodie Friday! Pineapple Upside Down Cake!

A quick little dessert
because sometimes
you just NEED it!

Today was a very peculiar day.
Our first patient called -
he'll be 10 minutes late....
Twenty minutes later
he waltzes in the door.

The second patient of the day
had a diabetic seizure....
very scary for all,
but we handled it  with finnese
as always.

Well, I could go on but you get the drift...
I also NEED this cake to
butter up my Dad.
As I was driving home
the "service engine soon"  light
popped on in  the dashboard.

Visit
Michael
for all of the other
Foodie Friday
fun!

oooo, your cake is just beautiful..
just like a picture....haha, pardon my silliness..
I just made one not long ago but the grands and I had eaten all the bright red cherries so mine was not nearly as pretty as yours....
Thanks for sharing.

We love pineapple upside down cake around here. It's so good for a midnight snack or breakfast, too.
It must be in the air: my 'service engine' light is on, too.

Hi Robyn...

Yummmmmy!!! Your pineapple upside-down cake looks delicious...it's been forever since I've had one!!!

My friend, so sorry that you had such a "trying" day...and I hope that your "service engine soon" light isn't anything serious...nevertheless, I bet your pineapple upside-down cake did the trick with your Dad..hehe!!

Warmest wishes,
Chari
